SAFETY & SECURITY: The safety of our Patrons, Staff, Performers is our upmost priority. When visiting us, we invite you to take a moment to read the below It goes without saying that the ongoing safety of our customers, staff and performers is of absolute importance. If you’re planning to visit us, please take a moment to read the below information regarding any question or concern you may have.

SECURITY: Management and our Security Teams regularly review procedure and protocol surrounding different types of events and expected audience. Events and  required their arrangements are reviewed by consultations and reviewed with local authorities and the police. There are lots of things that go on behind the scenes to ensure patrons security, so please be patient if things take a little longer than what you’re used to.

YOUR VENUE VISIT: De Vere Grand Connaught is monitored at all times, so kindly help us by helping everyone by arriving before your schedule event time, as we carry out security searches entering event areas.

SPEAK TO US: If at any time you see or hear anything that raises concern, please speak to security – we’re here to help.

TRAVEL LIGHT: Please plan ahead and do your best to travel as lightly as possible. Security screening will be in place and we really don’t want to slow everyone down screening oversize bags. If you really need to bring a bag, please make sure that it’s small like a (handbag). You will be asked to leave oversized bags and shopping bags in the cloak check area. Large bags and suitcases are strictly prohibited, so please don’t bring them. For those traveling a very long distance, please arrange storage at a facility at a major train stations.

BOX OFFICE: Our events require advance preparation for Food & Beverage Estimations, we require advance notice to plan for your appetite; walk ups are not allowed. Tickets can be purchased the day of a show so long as they're available on our website. There will be a price increase for tickets purchased less than 72 hours from an event date. The De Vere Grand Connaught doesn't have a Box Office, as the venue is host of many types of events. If an event is sold out on our website; you should check back occasionally for any changes. We'll place unsold seats back into inventory.
